Installation instructions

How to add Live Help module to WordPress

1. Download Live Support plugin

Download Live Support plugin for WordPress here.

2. Install the plugin

Login into your WordPress administration panel and click Plugins in the left sidebar - see 1 in the figure below. Next click Add New 2 and Upload link 3. Select live_support.zip file and click Install Now button 4 Finally click Activate Plugin link 5 to enbale the plugin.

3. Login into Provide Live Help settings window

In WordPress administration panel select Appearance 1 and Widgets 2. Locate Provide Live Help widget in Available Widgets section and drag and drop 3 it into Main Sidebar area. Open Provide Live Help settings window by clicking link 4 and enter your Provide Live Help email address and password to login 5.

4. Activate chat button

In Provide Live Help settings window select 1 one of the available Live Chat buttons and click Save 2.

5. Test Live Chat session

Make sure chat application is running and verify there is a green icon App-online in your taskbar which indicates the application is connected. Open your WordPress site in a web browser and click live chat button to start a chat session.

6. Activate Visitors Tracking (Optional)

Open Provide Live Help settings window 1 and click Advanced button 3. Select Enable Visitors Tracking radio button 4 and click Save button 5.

Next login into Provide Live Help customer panel and select Visitors Tracking tab 1 to monitor your website activity in real time.
